Youth Capoeira Angola, Sept. 22nd – Dec 22nd

Our ANGOLINHOS/ANGOLINHAS have fun developing self-esteem, self-control and life skills while learning the very unique African Brazilian Martial Art of Capoeira Angola. Our active, fun, and structured kids program not only teaches self-defense, acrobatics, music, dance, language and culture, but also; respect, self-control, courage, self-confidence, leadership skills, physical coordination and balance.

A typical day will include instruction in one or more of the following areas: capoeira martial arts techniques, acrobatics, music, dance, Portuguese language, organized games/exercises, and historical story telling. All of this is provided by trained, enthusiastic students of Capoeira Angola.
